How Applio handles your data, third-party audio processing, and analytics.

This Privacy Policy explains how Applio (applioai.org) handles information when you use our free AI RVC voice generator.

Independence notice. Applio (applioai.org) is an independent, free AI voice generator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to applio.org, IAHispano, or the Applio open-source voice conversion project. Our site embeds a separate open-source AI voice engine hosted on Hugging Face Spaces and is not a continuation or fork of the Applio project.

1. What we do and don't collect

Applio is a front-end only site. We do not run our own voice model servers, we do not maintain user accounts, and we do not store the audio or text you input into the generator.

Specifically, Applio does not:

  • Require you to sign up, sign in, or create an account.
  • Store your uploaded audio clips, script text, or generated voice outputs on our servers.
  • Share, sell, or rent any content you submit to the tool.

Applio does collect, in aggregated/anonymous form:

  • Basic page analytics (what pages were viewed, referrer, approximate region, browser/device) — see Section 3.

2. Third-party audio processing

The voice generation itself is performed by an open-source AI voice engine hosted on Hugging Face Spaces at jackismyshephard-ultimate-rvc.hf.space. When you submit a voice request through the embedded generator:

  • Your input (text, audio clip, or song link) is sent directly from your browser to the Hugging Face Space, not to Applio's servers.
  • Processing and any temporary storage on that Space are governed by Hugging Face's and the Space author's respective terms and privacy practices.
  • Applio does not log, retain, or have access to the content of your requests.

If you are uploading material that contains personal data of others, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents.

3. Analytics

We use the following privacy-conscious analytics tools to understand aggregate usage and improve the site:

  • Google Analytics 4 (G-XNBY3GWVN7) — page-view metrics, device/region approximations.
  • Microsoft Clarity (wfm4he1sbj) — anonymous heatmaps and session patterns.

Neither tool is used for ad targeting on this site. You can opt out via browser privacy settings, Do Not Track, or extensions such as uBlock Origin.

4. Cookies

Applio itself sets only what is necessary for session state and analytics. Third-party tools listed above may set their own cookies per their policies.

5. Your choices

You can:

  • Use Applio without signing up.
  • Decline third-party analytics with a browser extension.
  • Stop using the embedded generator at any time.

6. Children

Applio is a general-audience content-creation tool and is not directed at children under 13. Please do not use Applio if you are below the minimum age set by your local regulations.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
